Graduated from Swinburne University Australia in Information Systems with First Class honours, and holding a Master of Information Technology from Charles Sturt University, Dr. Thiran completed his first PhD at Central Queensland University at the age of 26, and a second PhD in Geoinformatics at the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka.

He currently serves as Chairman and Director General of the National Youth Service Council and as Founder/CEO of Celata Tech (Pvt) Ltd. and Celata Tech Inc., having played a defining role in digitising the Sri Lanka Army and Ministry of Defence as the youngest Brigadier in Sri Lankan military history.

He also founded and headed the National Cyber Security Operations Centre and became the youngest CIO/DGM in the country's banking and finance sector — over 22 years of executive leadership across ICT, banking, defence and education.

Prof Alex Siow is Professor (Practice) in the Department of Information Systems and Analytics at the School of Computing, National University of Singapore, and formerly Managing Director, Health & Public Service at Accenture.

He has been deeply active in Singapore's IT community — President of the Singapore Computer Society, founding President of the Singapore Chapter of the Project Management Institute, and current Chairman of the Cloud Security Alliance Singapore Chapter.

He is Chairman of Toffs Technologies, an independent director of Tee International Ltd, and advises organisations including Alibaba Cloud. His book, Leading with IT, was published in 2021.

Jeff is a Singapore-based professional with more than 28 years' experience at multinational corporations including Visa, Microsoft, Reuters and the Royal Bank of Canada, based in Singapore for over 25 years.

In 2014 he established PS-engage, his own government relations consulting firm, and currently serves as Managing Director of the Asia Internet Coalition, also co-chairing the SME Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.

Jeff holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University, and completed a diploma at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.

Asha brings over 20 years of experience in administration, HR, finance and customer care. One of the earliest members to join Celata, she came on board as Head of Administration in 2018.

She now oversees all administrative and HR functions as Chief Administrative Officer, having built her reputation at Sri Lanka Telecom, Navantis Sri Lanka, Navantis Inc. Canada, and Datavail USA.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom, and completed her Advanced Diploma in Management at the American College with distinction.
